If you answered yes to any of these questions, we can help you! We are holding Quickbooks 101 and startup classes at convenient and varying times to meet your scheduling needs.
We will be offering 3 different classes: Starting a Business and Selecting Systems, Quickbooks Fundamentals and Quickbooks Intermediate.
Class 1: Starting a Business and Selecting Systems
If you’re thinking about starting a new business, we can help with the questions you may have as to do so but we can help you determine which accounting system will work for you. If you’ve recently started a business or are looking to grow a business using Quickbooks, we can help determine which system is right for your needs, either Quickbooks desktop, Quickbooks Online or another system.
Class 2: Quickbooks Fundamentals
Once you’ve determined if Quickbooks online or Quickbooks desktop will fit your needs, we’ll show you the basics such as how to set up your company, setting up banking functions, and how to classify your spending. This is a great option for individuals with little to no experience with Quickbooks.
Class 3: Quickbooks Intermediate
In this class, we’ll go a few steps further and help you set up and manage vendors you use and clients you have. We’ll show you how to set up invoicing your clients and how to receive and apply payments. We’ll show you how to set up bank deposits as well as reconciling your bank statement at the end of the month. This class is tailored to individuals who have an understanding of Quickbooks but would like to increase their knowledge.
